Startech 4.0 Nawa Edition
A workshop by AGH University of Krakow
Participants in the course will develop a business model for a new venture they have invented based on the application of Earth observation data.
The course will begin with an introductory lesson on satellite data, and will then follow the steps of creating a start-up:
- Team formation (competence, diversity, cooperation)
- Formulating the problem (looking for a business and or social niche)
- Analysis of competitive solutions
- Customers and Preparation of value proposition
- Insourmountable advantages
- Revenue Streams, Cost Structure
- Preparation for Pitching
- Pitching and Summary
