C. Pedagogical project Content:
• Conferences and seminars on various topics in the morning (space law, medicine, rocketry, satellite operations, cybersecurity, etc.);
• Team-building activities inspired by astronaut training at the Euro Space Center (the only space-themed park in Europe);
• Visits of the ESA Academy facilities and ESEC-Redu station;
• Speed dating with professionals in the Space field;
• A cosmicathon (team-based challenge around space mission design), planetarium and stargazing sessions, etc.

D. Online activities
The online activities will be scheduled from the beginning March up to the end April 2025.
E. Onsite activities
All the activities in presence will be organized at the University Namur from 21st to 27th April 2025.
F. Associated ECTS
Each participant will receive an attendance certificate. The course workload is 3 ECTS and it can be validated through a Learning Agreement.
The project is founded by ERASMUS+ and students from the University of Rome Tor Vergata will have a scholarship to cover the costs related to the short-term physical mobility. All students enrolled in an undergraduate, postgraduate or single-cycle degree programme for the 2024-2025 academic year are eligible for the scholarship.
Scholarships will cover the travel tickets and students will have a fixed amount of payment for each of the 7 days of stay in Namur (Belgium) for covering the accommodation cost. For further information about the financial aid you can refer to the university website:

BIP Application requirements for Tor Vergata students:
• Application deadline is scheduled for: December 24, 2024 (12.00);
• Applicants have to be enrolled at the University of Rome Tor Vergata in a bachelor or master or single cycle degree or a doctoral course/PhD program (in Italian or in English) throughout the entire period between the date of application submission and the 30 days following the conclusion of the school;
• English language requirements: English level B2;
• Complete the application form and attach a letter of motivation (max. 250 words) as well as a current certificate of study.
