Description and Teaching Objectives
This e-learning degree aims at transmitting knowledge and skills deemed necessary to access positions in management and personal care service coordination (e.g. through calls).
Managing schools and education bodies - both public and private - as well as healthcare and social services institutions or commercial and industrial activities requires overarching skills. Today this represents a specific, over-the-board research and action area commonly referred to as Process and People Management.
This Degree gives significant room to disciplines in Socio-Psycho-Pedagogy and Methodology, as well as in legal, economic, business and accounting fields. This enables students to know and master the dynamics and organisation of school work, monitoring and evaluating techniques in educational processes and management, legal aspects related to educational processes and their comparison to the EU with particular focus on management and budget autonomy.
To achieve such objectives this Degree provides students with:
- a large number of simulation case studies regarding role interactions in legal, accounting, economics and corporate business fields;
- the understanding of innovation in the main educational technologies for process and product;
- use of online work environments and collaborative study;
- mandatory external activities relating to specific objectives, such as internships within management offices in educational facilities, schools, childcare communities and structures for personal care services.
Career Opportunities
The proposed professional profile links competences in Educational Science to Administrative, Organisation and Management Sciences: relevant administrative legislation, as well as accounting, economic and legal aspects of tools and issues relating to Information Technology.

Such professional profiles include: Coordinator of Childcare Services; Administrative Manager; School Principal; Director of Personal Care Services; Director of Socio-Educational Services in Public Administration (ASL - Local Health Service, local authorities, etc.) and in the private sector; Director of Regional Training Institutions; Director of Services and Rehabilitation Communities; Secretariat and Administrative Office Manager.
