Cultural Protocols with Foreign Countries – MIUR and MAE

Please note that on 4th July 2012 the Ministry of Education, University and Research - Directorate General for University notified the University of Rome Tor Vergata with a written notice, i.e. Prot. No 307/DGUS/UFF.IV. This protocol grants the faculty an opportunity to pay a visit (8 days max) to foreign universities under Cultural Protocols in force between Italy and foreign partner countries.
MIUR shall reimburse all travel expenses. Basing on the Agreements provided for in the Protocols, the competent foreign Authorities shall cover all accommodation costs, unless explicitly specified.
Academics interested in the programme shall apply directly to MIUR and attach the original copy of an invitation letter by the host university (fax not accepted).
MIUR shall refund all costs after receiving all due documentation.

Upon request the International Relations Office of the University of Rome Tor Vergata (relazioni.internazionali@uniroma2.it) may support the faculty in getting an invitation letter from the host University.
