We're pleased to inform you that Tor Vergata University of Rome has reinstated the “ISEE parificato service” for the academic year 2025/2026.
The service is open to international students and to Italian students whose income and assets are entirely from abroad. It applies to both students who have not yet obtained their ISEE parificato and those who already have one issued by a CAF office and simply need it processed on Delphi.
Please read the instructions carefully and make sure all required documents are ready before submitting your application. Missing documentation will prevent the recalculation of your tuition fees.
Below is your step-by-step guide to complete your application:
- Visit : https://applynow.uniroma2.it/login
- Log in with your matricola number and Delphi access password
Once logged in, click on the “New application” at the top-right
If you already have an ISEE Parificato from a CAF, proceed as follows:
- Select the form [ALREADY HAVE an ISEEU parificato] ISEE Parificato Academic Year 2025-2026.
- Click CREATE and complete the sections as follows:
Student's Personal Data
- First Name
- Last Name
- Student ID Number (Matricola number)
- Fiscal Code
- Email address
Socio-Economic Data
- Section 7: Specify your country of origin category based on guidelines;
- Section 8a: Enter the amount in euros (Column T of the ISEE Parificato);
- Section 8b: Enter the date of ISEE Parificato issuance;
- Section 9: Upload your ISEE Parificato as a single PDF file;
- Section 10: Upload your family status certificate as a single PDF file;
- Section 11: Upload all documents related to income and assets owned by you and your family members in your home country as a single PDF file. Ensure all documents are complete, in your native language, legalised/apostilled, and officially translated into Italian.
Once you've completed both sections, click SAVE. You can then choose:
- Modify: Go back to editing to make changes.
- Submit: Send your form.
Once submitted, you'll receive an email titled NOTIFICATION OF COMPLETED FORM SUBMISSION, including a process ID number.
If you would like our CAF staff to prepare the ISEE Parificato for you:
- Select the form: [NOT HAVE an ISEEU parificato] ISEE Parificato Academic Year 2025-2026.
- Click CREATE and complete the sections as follows:
Student's Personal Data
- First Name
- Last Name
- Student ID Number (Matricola number)
- Fiscal Code
- Email Address
Socio-Economic Data
- Section 7: Specify your country of origin category based on guidelines.
- Section 8: Indicate the number of your family members.
- Section 9: Add each family member's details by clicking Add.
- Section 10: Enter any scholarship amount received in the 2023/2024 academic year (or enter “0” if none).
- Section 11: Upload your family status certificate as a single PDF file.
- Section 12: Upload documents related to income and assets owned by you and family members in your home country as a single PDF file. Ensure all documents are:
- Complete and in your native language.
- Legalised/apostilled.
- Officially translated into Italian.
Once you've completed both sections, click SAVE. You can then choose:
- Modify: Go back to editing to make changes.
- Submit: Send the form.
Once submitted, you'll receive an email titled NOTIFICATION OF COMPLETED FORM SUBMISSION, including your process ID number.
Important to note: The ISEE parificato issued by Tor Vergata University of Rome is for internal purposes only and is valid exclusively for tuition fee recalculation. It cannot be used to apply for other study-related benefits.
DEADLINE: In case you need your ISEE parificato prepared by Tor Vergata University of Rome, the deadline for completing the procedure is 15 December 2025.
- From 16 December 2025 to 16 March 2026: €150
- From 17 March 2026 to 29 May 2026: €200
If you already have an ISEE parificato, you may submit your application on ApplyNow after 15 December 2025 without incurring any late submission penalty, provided that the ISEE parificato was issued before that date.
We kindly ask that you contact us via email at caf@uniroma2.it (and refrain from reaching out to other offices) only if your fees have not been recalculated after mid-March 2026. Emails sent before mid-March 2026 requesting updates or process status will be ignored.
Required Documents 25/26
Below is the list of required documents for the academic year 2025/2026:
- Family Status: The composition of your family unit, indicating surname, first name, date of birth, and kinship/relationship to all members of your family.
- Income: Details of each family member's income (2023-2024) and/or amounts received as social benefits. In the event of divorce, include sums received or paid as maintenance for the children.
- Real estate held abroad in 2023: If real estate is owned in Italy, provide the cadastral document to determine its value. If owned abroad, it will be valued at €500 per square meter unless otherwise stated. If no property was owned in 2023, provide a certificate confirming this for each family member aged 18 or older. For rented accommodation, include the current monthly or annual rental amount.
- Financial assets: Include balances as of 31/12/2024 and the average balance for 2023 of current accounts, deposits, bank and/or postal passbooks, as well as balances of investments (e.g., securities, shares, life insurance).
ATTENTION:
All documents must be issued in 2025, with clearly visible dates and official stamps. Documents dated before 2025 will not be accepted.
These documents must be issued by the relevant authorities in the country where the income is earned. Each document must be officially translated into Italian by the Italian Diplomatic Authorities of that country, with all income expressed in euros.
In countries where obtaining these documents is challenging, they may be requested from foreign diplomatic authorities within Italy and certified by the Prefecture, in accordance with Article 33 of DPR no. 445 of 28 December 2000.
